The metro Izmailovskaya is the stop for one of the fabulous market type things in Moscow.
This particular one is geared more towards tourists, but outside the official market, there are hundreds of stalls selling anything you can possibly need to live at dirt cheap prices. Plus you can BARGAIN!!

This area also happens to be the metro station that I get off to go to my acro training.

The entrance to the market.

Food kiosks outside the entrances.

A few of the stalls in front of the entrance. If you go to the left, there's a long row of stalls much closer together.

Another stall before the official entrance. This is pretty much how they all look. As one might imagine, trying things on in the winter freezes me ass off!

The entrance to the official market. The sign reads "vernisazh".
